Gavin Chilcott is a member of the boards of directors of both the Cordell Marine Sanctuary Foundation, and the Bay Area Underwater Explorers (BAUE). He was a team member of BAUE’s exploration expeditions to Cordell Bank in both 2022 and 2023, and is scheduled to participate in another diving expedition to Cordell Bank in 2024. In addition to exploration diving with BAUE, Gavin is an active technical and cave diver, in addition to being a volunteer scientific diver for Bodega Marine Lab. Gavin is a native of Santa Rosa, and has a strong interest in marine conservation projects in central and northern California. Gavin is a graduate of Santa Rosa Junior College, holds a BA from UC Berkeley and a PhD from the University of Washington. |

Janal Cruz, Guayaki Yerba Mate Guayaki Yerba Mate is a privately-owned Social Purpose Corporation headquartered in Sebastopol California since 2005 with subsidiaries in Canada, Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay. Guayaki is known for bringing yerba mate to US consumers through its Market Driven Regeneration business model. Offering loose leaf yerba mate as well as ready-to-drink yerba mate beverages in bottles and cans. Nearly all of Guayakí’s packaging is manufactured in the United States, and other ingredients (e.g. juices, flavors, herbs, etc.) are sourced nationally and globally. All of Guayakí’s co-manufacturing partners are in California, where they bottle or package Guayakí’s products. Guayakí self-distributes its products and works with 3rd party distributors, delivering to markets in the United States and Canada. Janal joined Guayaki in 2006, starting as a purchasing/finance assistant and working her way up to VP of Operations. Janal is responsible for the supply chain operations in North America. She leads a cross functional team managing the production, procurement, innovation, and quality standards of Guayakí’s line of yerba mate products. During her career at Guayaki led the efforts to launch the first ready to drink canned yerba mate beverages for the brand and has been working on including the sourcing of regenerative organic certified ingredients.

The Brook Haven Choir Club, made up of 5th-8th grade students, meets once a week after school to sing and play with music together. Led by music teacher Andy DelMonte, the group sings uplifting folk music and contemporary popular music. We love singing together and trying new things. We look forward to sharing our voices, joy and youthful spirit with you. Andy Del Monte was raised in Healdsburg and attended Cardinal Newman High School and Santa Rosa Junior College before graduating from Arizona State University. He also received a Masters degree from Boston University. In addition to making music, he loves running, biking, hiking and solving puzzles. |
